Synopsis

Your experience will start with an introduction of Amelie and her family. She is the daughter of Raphael, a germaphobe father, and Amandine, a neurotic mother. She is emotionally distant and isolated from her parents. Her only escape is her telescope, which allows her to see the universe. During one of her usual monthly health check-ups, Amelie becomes excited seeing her father, making her heart race and leads Raphael to misdiagnose her with a heart problem. The paranoid couple homeschools their daughter and cuts her off from the outside world. One day, Amelie and Amandine go to the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. As they leave the cathedral, her mother is killed.

After a few years, a bored Amelie leaves her home and starts working as a waitress. She leads a happy life and spends good time with her co-workers. On the night of Princess Diana’s death, Amelie finds a box filled with childhood treasures. It belongs to the person who once owned her apartment, and she is determined to deliver it to him. As the story continues, she spots Nino at the train station and becomes attracted towards him. Although she tries to, situations keep her from introducing to him.

Amelie finally finds the owner of the box and delivers it to him. This incident makes her want to do good to everyone possible, and she tries to get her father to come out of the house. She discovers a photo album, which Nino drops at the station. As she figures out a way to anonymously deliver it to him, Amelie The Musical turns even more interesting. She leaves behind many clues for Nino, who thinks he’s fallen in love with this unknown girl, to find her.

This musical is a brilliant production, which will fill your day with love. It is a story about a dreamer for dreamers, one you certainly shouldn’t miss.
