Strictly Come Dancing’s much-admired dancing duo, the incredible Vincent Simone and Flavia Caace are to perform their last ever theatre tour, and London’s West End has the pleasure of being the venue of such a prolific occasion.
Fresh from their sell-out hit shows Dance Til’ Dawn and Midnight Tango, the much-loved Argentine Tango Champions are set to thrill West End audiences in an intimate, explosive and passionate performance, The Last Tango.
Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace have been dancing together for 20 years and now the time has come for the beautiful dancing duo to close the curtain on two decades of thrilling onlookers with their beguiling dance routines.
Through a fascinating mix of flamenco, rumba, salsa, jive and of course tango, The Last Tango tells the story of George who embarks on an engrossing journey down memory lane.
Flavia Cacace said she was “looking forward to celebrating our very best work in the West End,” and described The Last Tango has an “intimate, emotional show.”
Flavia’s dancing companion Vincent Simone shares his partner’s excitement, promising to go “out with a bang,” in what will be the pair’s final theatre show.
The Last tango is directed by Karen Bruce, an Olivier Award-winning director and choreographer. The show is produced by Adam Spiegel Productions.
The Last Tango has been on a 33-week long tour of Great Britain and is running at the Phoenix Theatre from Thursday 22 September until 3 December, 2016.
