Viva Forever! follows the rollercoaster journey of a group of friends in a girl band. Lucy, Holly, Diamond and Viva have been together from the days of performing in front of the mirror, hairbrush in hand!

The main character, Viva, lives on a houseboat with her eccentric adoptive mother, who’s never really acted her own age.

The show starts when the girls get the exciting news that their application to a TV talent show has been accepted. Spunky and fun, the girls progress through several rounds of the contest until the final hurdle.

In the now all-too-familiar scenario, the girls are faced with a difficult test of their friendship when Viva is given the opportunity to go through to the final, as a solo act, leaving the other three behind. Viva’s mum is also doing some learning of her own, as she get to grips with how to be a mother, despite having had Viva in her life for almost a couple of decades.

In today’s celebrity-fuelled and fame-obsessed world, Viva Forever! cuts to the heart of what the Spice Girls were about: friendship, having fun, but most of all, “Girl Power”!
