Andrew founded West End Theatre Bookings in 1987, and grew West End Theatre Bookings into London’s leading online ticket agency. Andrew retired as Managing Director, stepping down in December 2010. Andrew is now a senior partner in Shows In London. As well as a love for theatre, Andrew’s true passion is delivering customer satisfaction and getting as many people as possible to enjoy the wonderful world of West End Theatre.
Sandra was a senior executive at travel company Hogg Robinson before joining West End Theatre Bookings in 2002. Sandra was formerly Operations Director at West End Theatre Bookings then more recently head of trade & retail sales at Encore Tickets. Sandra has a wealth of industry experience and highly regarded reputation within Theatreland. Sandra heads up the Shows In London call-centre team that is focused on providing a first class personal service. Sandra is totally passionate about finding out what people want and delivering a service that will source great seats for customers at the best possible prices.
Daksha is a certified accountant and also a chartered company secretary and administrator. Before joining West End Theatre Bookings Daksha worked extensively in the travel trade sector. Daksha was Head of Finance at West End Theatre Bookings for eight years before joining Shows In London as our Finance Partner.
Nams is an honours graduate from Cambridge University who joined West End Theatre Bookings three years ago as a sales executive where her enthusiasm and love for the theatre flourished. From a front line sales position Nams moved in to online marketing and became On-line Marketing Manager at West End Theatre Bookings. More recently Nams was appointed as Campaign Manager at Encore, before joining our team here at Shows In London.
Nicci joined West End Theatre Bookings in 2007 as Head of marketing. Nicci’s unique knowledge of theatre and the ticketing industry is a valuable asset to Shows In London. Through her contacts and experience Nicci has the inside track on the news within London’s Theatreland.
Susana worked for ATG, the country’s leading venue owner prior to joining West End Theatre Bookings in 2006. More recently Susana was Inventory Co-ordinator at Encore tickets. We are pleased to have Susana on board at Shows in London for her remarkable calm efficiency and her unparalleled enthusiasm for theatre. Famously, Susana’s all-time favourite show is Wicked.
John G & John W – The Johns have been in the ticket reservation business for over thirty years serving both the travel trade and theatre booking industry. They have developed unique solutions to booking reservation systems and continue to forge a way ahead at the leading edge of new technologies.
